• $155/hour for individual therapy
• $200/hour for couples therapy
• Group Therapy: $75 per 90 minute group session

• HMHI-BHN (Regence BCBS through University of Utah employee Insurance)
• EMI/Educator’s Mutual Insurance
• University of Utah Health Plans
• Out of Network

Payment

Cash, Check, Visa.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel within 48 hours to avoid a charge of the full rate of the session. We are unable to bill insurance for unattended sessions.
